摘要 不同的换挡规律对车辆的动力性和可靠性具有重要影响。根据矿用汽车动力传递系统的结构特点,分析发动机与液力自动变速箱共同工作特性,基于Matlab获取共同输入和输出特性曲线;在此基础上,根据某矿用汽车发动机数学模型,分析不同油门开度下柴油发动机调速特性数学模型;根据传统换挡规律的缺点,制定动力性换挡规律,并根据输入输出特点,获取最佳换挡点;采用Simulink和TruckSim联合的方式,搭建整车的分析数学模型;分析不同的循环工况下,各种换挡规律的差异。结果可知:以油门开度和车速为基础,获得车辆的理论换挡点,获得车辆的理论换挡曲线;动力性换挡规律作用下,使得不同装载和坡度时,车辆换挡时的速度发生变化,速度明显提升;动力性换挡规律更适应于矿用汽车的工作环境,既保证车辆的动力性要求,同时可以提高整车的操控稳定性。 Different shifting schedule have an important impact on the dynamics and reliability of the vehicle.According to the structural characteristics of the mining vehicle power transmission system,the common working characteristics of the engine and the hydraulic automatic transmission were analyzed,and the common input and output characteristic curves were obtained based on Matlab.Based on those,different throttles were analyzed according to the mathematical model of the mining vehicle engine mathematical model of diesel engine speed regulation characteristics under the opening degree.According to the shortcomings of traditional shifting rules,formulate dynamic shifting rules,and the optimal shifting point was obtain ed according to the input and output characteristics.Based on Simulink and TruckSim,a complete vehicle analysis of mathematical models was built.Differences in various shifting rules under different cycling conditions were analysis.The results show that:based on the throttle opening and vehicle speed,the theoretical shift point of the vehicle is obtained,and the theoretical shift curve of the vehicle is obtained;under the effect of the dynamic shift law,the speed of the vehicle shifting occurs under different loadings and gradients.The speed changes significantly,and the dynamic shifting rule is more suitable for the working environment of mining vehicles,which not only guarantees the vehicle’s dynamic requirements,but also improves the handling stability of the entire vehicle.
