摘要
为实现面向产品设计领域的三维模型局部特征的有效重用,提出一种基于有向包围盒的三维模型局部特征重用方法。首先,使用主成分分析方法获得参考模型中可重用局部特征和当前设计模型中待替换局部区域的有向包围盒。然后,计算两个包围盒的长宽高比值和主轴方向夹角。遍历可重用局部的几何特征参数,按照边长比例因子修改其形状尺寸和位置信息。最后,根据特征管理设计树,识别特征间父子关系,在设计模型中重建可重用局部特征,获得新的设计方案。实验表明,该方法能有效实现三维模型局部特征重用。
To realize effective local reuse of 3D CAD models in the field of product design,a local feature reuse method of 3D CAD models based on oriented bounding box was proposed.Firstly,principal component analysis was used to obtain oriented bounding boxes of reusable local features in the reference model and local features to be replaced in current design model.Then,the ratio of edge length and the direction vector angle of spindle between two oriented bounding boxes were calculated.By traversing geometric feature parameters of reusable local features,its shape dimension and location information was changed.Finally,according to feature management tree of reusable local features,parent-child relationship of features was identified.Modified reusable local features were rebuilt in the current design model and a new design model was obtained.Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively realize local reuse of 3D CAD models.
