摘要
“十三五”期间,通过大力推进全民健康信息化工作,信息技术作为强有力的支撑,从应用服务、临床辅助、平台建设等诸多方面提升了医院信息化水平。展望“十四五”,随着5G、人工智能等新技术的深化应用,以“健康中国2030”规划纲要为蓝图,医院信息化从单向服务、点状应用向构建医疗、服务、管理“三位一体”智慧医院的新业态革新;以互联网为驱动迈进跨机构、跨时空的平台联动;以数据引领为数据扁平化、自动化精细管理提供有力的支撑。
During the 13th Five-Year Plan,through vigorously promote the universal health informatization construction,we made considerable progress in application service,clinical facilitation,and platform construction with information technology is a powerful support.The prospect of the 14th Five-Year Plan,with the in-depth usage of 5G,AI and other new technology,taking the construction of digital healthy China as the blueprint,from one-way service and point application to the construction of new business form of Trinity Intelligent hospital.Driven by the Internet,we will move forward to a platform linkage across institutions and time and space.Leading by data,flattening and automating data to provide strong support for lean management.
