Progress and Prospect of Informatization for Disease Control and Prevention during the 13th Five-Year Plan

“十三五”时期,疾控信息化在应用系统建设、标准研制、网络安全、信息共享服务、人才培养、新技术应用等方面取得显著成果,达到了《“十三五”全国人口健康信息化发展规划》中涉及疾控信息化的2个指标要求。“十四五”时期,疾控信息化要坚持问题导向,优化信息化发展的内外部保障环境,在信息系统整合、与医疗机构的业务协同和数据共享、建设国家级公共卫生大数据中心和新型IT基础设施、加强网络安全防护体系等方面发力。

During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,CDC informatization has made remarkable achievements in application system construction,standard development,network security,information sharing services,talent training,new technology application,etc.CDCs reached the two index requirements related to CDC informatization in the"13th Five-Year Plan for National Population Health Informatization Development".In the coming 14th Five-Year Plan period,CDC informatization should adhere to the problem-oriented principle,optimize the internal and external environment for informatization development,make efforts in information system integration,business collaboration and data sharing with medical institutions,construction of national public health big data center and new IT infrastructure,strengthening network security protection system and other aspects.
