目的探索医疗大数据中心构架模式,提高医疗数据的存储和利用效率,提升医院医疗数据管理水平,推动大数据应用和科研服务的有效落地。方法分析医疗数据的特征和应用场景,适配不同的存储和计算方案,并根据方案建设医院大数据中心,支持数据资源的统一存储管理,实现不同医疗领域对数据的分类应用和快速检索。结果医疗大数据中心的建设和使用,实现了医院数据资产的集中存储和统一管理,适配相应的存储和计算设备后,极大地提升了海量数据的检索效率。结论以数据特征、存储方案和计算算力3个维度综合设计的医疗大数据中心,具有广泛的应用前景,能够为临床决策和科研应用提供极大便利。

Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the architecture mode of medical big data center,improve the storage and utilization efficiency of medical data and the management level of hospital medical data,and promote the big data applications and scientific research services into efficient delivery.Method Based on analyzing the characteristics and application scenarios of medical data,this study provides different storage and calculation solution.Through this solution,the hospital big data center is built to support the unified storage management of data resources,so as to realize the classification application and rapid data search in different medical fields.Result Through the construction and application of medical big data center,the centralized storage and unified management of hospital data assets are realized.The search efficiency of massive data is greatly improved by adapting the corresponding storage and computing resource.Conclusion The medical big data center,which is designed with data characteristics,storage scheme and computing power,has a wide range of application prospects,providing great convenience for clinical decision-making and scientific research applications.
