目的本研究以“互联网+医疗健康”为政策背景,探究区块链技术在医疗活动中的应用构想。方法系统分析区块链在“互联网+医疗健康”中的应用需求,提出区块链技术应用于“互联网+医疗健康”的实现方案。结果基于区块链技术,针对“互联网+医疗健康”中信息互联共享、信息安全与差异化隐私管理、数据溯源等方面需求提出解决方案和应用构想。结论区块链技术发展迅速,对提高医疗信息互联互通、信息安全与差异化管理及可溯源性具有重要作用。随着信息处理能力的提升,将有助于“互联网+医疗健康”的实现。

Objective Based on the policy background of"Internet+Healthcare",this study explores the application of blockchain technology in medical activities.Methods the technology demand of"Internet+Healthcare"was analyzed,and the implementation plan of blockchain technology applied to"Internet+Healthcare"was put forward.Results Based on block chain technology,solutions and application ideas were put forward to solve the needs of information interconnection and sharing,information security and differentiated privacy management,data traceability and other aspects in"Internet+Healthcare".Conclusions Blockchain technology develops rapidly and plays an important role in improving medical information interconnection,information security,differentiated management and traceability.With the improvement of information processing capacity,it will contribute to the realization of"Internet+Healthcare".
