已就业残疾人领悟社会支持与心理健康:心理资本与工作满意度的链式中介作用

The relationship between perceived social support and mental health of employed disabled people:The chain mediating effect of psychological capital and job satisfaction

为研究已就业残疾人领悟社会支持、心理资本与工作满意度和心理健康之间的关系,采用领悟社会支持问卷、积极心理资本问卷、工作满意度问卷和一般心理健康问卷对388名已就业残疾人进行研究。结果表明:(1)心理资本是领悟社会支持与心理健康之间的中介变量;(2)工作满意度是领悟社会支持与心理健康之间的中介变量;(3)心理资本→工作满意度在领悟社会支持与心理健康之间的链式中介作用显著。研究结果说明,给予已就业残疾人物质和精神支持等,能够提升其心理资本,以提高其工作满意度和心理健康水平。

To examine how perceived social support influenced mental health of employed disabled people,388 employed disabled people were recruited in this study to complete the Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),General Mental Health Questionnaire(GHQ-20),Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PCQ)and Job Satisfaction Questionnaire(JSQ).The results implicated that:(1)Perceived social support of employed disabled people was positively related to psychological capital,job satisfaction and mental health.(2)Structural equation model analysis showed that the direct effect of perceived social support on mental health was significant.Psychological capital and job satisfaction mediated the effect of perceived social support on mental health.Therefore,psychological capital and job satisfaction played significant chain mediating effect between perceived social support and mental health.These findings supported government agencies and disabled federation should provide more received social support to the disabled people to improve their perceived social support.Perceived social support could boost the employment of the disabled,and could act on the psychological capital and job satisfaction of the employed disabled people.The conclusion of the study had important reference value for intervening and enhancing mental health and happiness of the disabled.
