全球化背景下公安国际警务执法特色人才培养研究

Characteristic Police Training on International Policing Enforcement under the Background of Globalization

以全球化为背景,立足国际警务执法合作、打击跨国犯罪和非传统安全领域等方面国际警务执法特色人才培养的新需求,结合我国公安教育改革和发展的实际情况,通过系统分析公安国际警务执法队伍的现状和面临的挑战以及现有国际警务人才培养模式中存在的问题等,积极探索公安教育中以公安智库建设联动和国内外警务合作与交流为平台的学科交叉、跨文化、特色管理的国际警务人才培养模式,发掘成人教育教学及科研的新方法新思路。

Under the background of globalization,the demand for international policing enforcement talent tends to increase rapidly,no matter in the field of international policing cooperation or the field of non-traditional security.It is quite necessary to explore the characteristic police training system based on extensive analysis on the problems and challenges from police education mode to policing enforcement force.The paper proposes to explore an innovative,interdisciplinary and cross-cultural training mode on the basis of the public security force think tank and the police cooperation platform around the world.
