山东省农村订单定向医学生对免费医学教育的认知研究

A cognitive study on free medical education for rural order-oriented medical students in Shandong Province

[目的]了解山东省农村订单定向医学生对免费医学教育的认知程度与满意度,为政府制定和完善相关政策及优化升级高校培养方案提供参考依据。[方法]采取整群抽样的方式,通过自编的调查问卷和半结构式访谈法对山东省的免费医学生进行调查。[结果]共收集有效问卷756份。有78.7%的免费医学生了解免费教育政策;47.5%的医学生对政策中的经费保障机制表示不满意,48.1%的医学生对政策中的基层服务期限要求表示不认同;人才培养模式方面,594人认为需要提高临床技能和经验培养。[结论]山东省免费医学生的专业兴趣不强,对政策实施的满意度不高,服务基层的意向偏弱。需要调整生活补助标准,健全基层工作的激励保障措施,完善课程培养方案和职业指导,改善实践教学环境,强化专业认同和自身定位。

Objective To understand the cognition and satisfaction of free medical education for rural order-oriented medical students in Shandong Province so as to provide reference basis for the government formulating and improving related policies and the optimization and upgrading of college training programs.Methods Cluster sampling method was adopted to survey free medical students in Shandong Province through self-made questionnaire and semi-structured interview method.Results A total of 756 valid questionnaires were collected.The research found that 78.7%of free medical students understood the free education policy;47.5%of free medical students expressed dissatisfaction with the funding guarantee mechanism in the policy,and 48.1%of free medical students did not agree with the basic service period requirements in the policy;In terms of talent training models,there were 594 students believed that it was necessary to improve clinical skills and experience.Conclusions The professional interest of free medical students in Shandong Province is not strong,the satisfaction with policy implementation is not high,and the intention to serve the grassroots is weak.It is necessary to adjust the subsistence allowance standards,improve the incentives and guarantee measures for grassroots work,develop the curriculum training program and career guidance,optimize the practice teaching environment,and strengthen professional recognition and self-positioning.
