风力发电机组基础基底反力分布探讨

摘要 《陆上风电场工程风电机组基础设计规范》(NB/T 10311-2019)7.2.4条规定,扩展基础体型外形尺寸不符合7.2.3条要求的,也即宽高比大于2.5时,基础底面压力不能按线性分布考虑。本文采用有限元方法和理论模型,考虑基础的弹性及与地基土的相互作用,研究风机重力式扩展基础基底反力分布。对不同基床系数及不同基础宽高比下基底反力分布规律进行对比研究,同时也对比分析了规范算法和有限元算法基础内力的差异,以求为工程设计提供有益的借鉴。 According to article 7.2.4 of"Code for Design of Wind Turbine Foundations for Onshore Wind Power Projects"(NB/T 10311-2019),if the shape and dimension of spread foundation do not meet the requirements of article 7.2.3,which means that the width-height ratio is greater than 2.5,so that the pressure at the bottom of foundation cannot be considered as linear distribution.In this paper,the finite element method and theoretical model are used to study the distribution of the base reaction force of the gravity spread foundation of wind turbine,considering the elasticity of the foundation and the interaction with the foundation soil.This paper compares the distribution law of the base reaction force under different subgrade coefficient and different foundation width-height ratio,and analyzes the difference between the code method and the finite element method for the foundation internal force,in order to provide some useful suggestions for engineering design.
