摘要 本文通过工程实例,探究高空不规则大跨度双曲面网架施工工艺,针对施工过程中遇到的高空定位难、支撑体系布置复杂、地基处理要求高等问题,采取放样机器人加全站仪辅助、运用数控液压提升技术,采用胎架支撑体系加部分满堂架配合、板面采用胎架回顶+胎架底部设置工字钢措施,有效提高了高空不规则大跨度双曲面网架施工合格率,顺利完成了施工作业,并取得了良好的技术、经济、环保和社会效益。 In this paper,the construction technology of the irregular large-span hyperboloid space truss with high altitude is studied through an engineering example,in view of the problems encountered in the construction such as the difficulty of high-altitude positioning,the complicated arrangement of the support system and the high requirement of foundation treatment,the measures of adopting the assistance of lofting robot and total station,using the numerical control hydraulic lifting technology,adopting the support system of the frame plus part full-hall frame coordination,adopting the back-top of the frame+the bottom of the frame to set up the I-steel on the plate surface were applied,the construction qualified rate of irregular large-span hyperboloid surface space truss with high altitude is effectively raised,the construction operation is successfully completed,and good technical,economic,environmental and social benefits are obtained.
