摘要
文章依托某市东外环路跨河现浇箱梁安装错误支座型号作为工程实例,为更换误装支座减少社会负面影响目的,通过不同更换施工方法比选,采用整体顶升技术进行支座更换,通过模拟分析桥梁支座顶升各个工况的受力情况作为指导,同时更换过程中使用传感器监测梁体分级顶升位移,使主梁受力始终处于均衡状态,该项目支座更换技术的成功运用,说明了KPZ系列快装盆式支座方法的可行性,可作为市政、交通的桥梁支座维护管养施工参考。
Based on the example of box girder across the river on the East Outer Ring Road in a city,in order to reduce the negative social impact,through the selection of different replacement construction methods,the overall jacking replace technology was chosen.By analyzing the stress of each working condition of bearing jacking,at the same time,sensors are used to monitor the graded lifting displacement of the beam in the process of replacement,so that the main beam is always in a balanced state.The successful application of the bearing replacement technology shows the feasibility of the KPZ fast-loading pot bearing method,which can be used as a reference for the maintenance and management of bridge bearing.
