不同生长区朝鲜淫羊藿土壤化学指标的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过对朝鲜淫羊藿20个不同生长区土壤进行化学指标测定,并对结果进行分析,为该药材引种栽培过程中土壤配方测定提供理论依据。采用常规方法测定p H值、可溶性盐、有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾、铜、锌、铁及锰元素指标,并对所得数据进行分析。结果显示,通过对土壤样品化学指标及药效成分进行方差分析、聚类分析及相关分析,不同生境土壤样品的化学指标存在差异,总体符合东北地区土壤特性;聚类分析可被分为两大类,有机质、碱解氮及有效磷含量较高的为一类,其余的为一类;土样的p H值与土壤有机质、全氮、全磷和速效氮磷钾呈显著相关(P<0.05),有机质含量与速效氮磷钾达极显著正相关(P<0.01),其中与碱解氮相关系数高达0.903。土壤因子与淫羊藿药效成分Pearson相关分析显示速效钾对淫羊藿苷的合成有促进作用,朝藿定A、朝藿定C与土壤pH呈相关关系(P<0.05)。结果表明,土壤p H增大会促进土壤有机质、氮元素与钾元素的积累,同时会抑制有效态铁的积累;可溶性总盐与土壤各指标无明显的相关性;有机质对土壤中氮、磷、钾元素的积累有促进作用,且对有效态铁和有效态铜有抑制的趋势,土壤氮、磷及钾各元素之间相关性显著。本研究可为朝鲜淫羊藿人工引种栽培过程中合理选址、测土配方提供理论依据。 To provide a theoretical basis for the soil formula determination of Epimedium in the process of introduction and cultivation,the chemical indexes of 20 different growing areas in the soil were determined and the results were analyzed.The p H value,soluble salt,organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,rapidly available potassium,copper,zinc,iron and manganese were determined by conventional methods,and the obtained data were analyzed.Through variance analysis,cluster analysis and correlation analysis of the chemical indexes and pharmacodynamic components of the soil samples,the chemical indexes of the soil samples from different habitats were different,which were generally consistent with the soil characteristics in Northeast China.Cluster analysis can be divided into two categories,one is the higher content of rganic matter,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and available phosphorus,and the other is the other category.The p H value of the soil samples was significantly correlated with the soil organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and available nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium(P<0.05),and the content of organic matter was extremely significantly positively correlated with the available nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficient with alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen was as high as 0.903.Correlation analysis between soil factors and pharmacodynamic components of Epimedium showed that available potassium could promote the synthesis of icariin,and there was a correlation between dicariin A and C and soil pH(P<0.05).The increase of soil pH can promote the accumulation of soil organic matter,nitrogen and potassium,and inhibit the accumulation of available iron.There was no significant correlation between total soluble salts and soil indexes.Organic matter promoted the accumulation of N,P and K,but inhibited the available Fe and Cu.The correlation between soil N,P and K was significant.This study can provide a theoretical basis for reasonable site selection and soil testing formula in the process of artificial introduction and cultivation of Epimedium koreanum.
