摘要
以软枣猕猴桃新品种‘佳绿’为试验材料,进行组织培养工厂化快速繁殖技术研究,流程分为越冬枝条水插萌芽、接种、继代增殖、瓶外生根和移栽等,建立其工厂化快繁体系,并生产出10万株组培苗。本研究可为软枣猕猴桃优质种苗生产提供借鉴。
Using a new variety named‘Jia Lv’of Actinidia arguta as the material,the rapid propagation technology of tissue culture in factory was studied.The whole process including overwintering branches hydroponic germination,the inducing of axillary bud,subculture,rooting outside the bottle,and transplanting,respectively.The factory-based fast propagation system has been established and 100,000 tissue culture seedlings were produced.The study would provide a reference for the production of high quality seedlings of hardy kiwifruit.
