临空经济影响因素评价模型构建及应用——基于中西部地区比较

Construction of Evaluation Model for Influence Factors of Airport Economy:Based on the Comparison of Central and Western Regions

【目的】为深度剖析影响临空经济高质量发展的核心要素及内生联系,构建了科学有效的临空经济影响因素评价模型。【方法】基于"港产城"融合视角,选取3个一级指标、7个二级指标和21个三级指标构建指标体系,采用综合评价法来构建评价模型,并选取河南省和重庆市分别作为中西部地区的典型代表进行实例演练及分析。【结果】1)空港系统对两地临空经济的影响作用最大,应加强机场建设以保障货运服务能力;2)对于河南省,城市系统对临空经济的影响作用次之,产业系统的影响作用最小;3)对于重庆市,产业系统对临空经济的影响作用次之;城市系统的影响作用最小。【结论】研究成果可为中国中西部地区临空经济影响因素评价模型的构建提供参考,同时还可为实施"港产城"深度融合、转变经济发展方式、实现临空经济高质量发展提供科学决策依据。

[Purposes]In order to deeply analyze the key factors affecting the high-quality development of airport economy and their endogenous connections,a scientific and effective evaluation model for influence factors of airport economy was constructed.[Methods]Based on the integration of airport,industrial and city,3 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators and 21 three-level indicators are selected to construct the evaluation index system,and the evaluation model is built by using the comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,Henan and Chongqing are selected as typical representatives of the central and western regions for demonstrating and analyzing.[Findings]1)The airport system has the greatest impact on the airport economy of Henan and Chongqing,which should be paid attention and especially strengthen the construction of the airport to guarantee the freight service capacity;2)For Henan,the impact of urban system on its airport economy comes second,and the industrial system has the least influence.3)For Chongqing,the impact of industrial system on its airport economy is second and the impact of the urban system is minimal.[Conclusions]The research results can provide reference for the construction of the evaluation model of influence factors of airport economy in the central and western regions,and provide scientific decision-making support for the promotion of deep integration of airport,industrial and city,the transformation of economic development pattern,and the realization of high-quality development of airport economy.
