摘要
积极心理学是当前心理学研究的一个重点问题,与传统心理学不同的是,积极心理学要求人们关注人的积极品质,而不是仅仅注重于对人的缺陷和问题的研究,试图通过人的积极力量,带动自身以及环境的共同发展。中学教学阶段是学生身心健康发展的重要时期,在此过程中对学生进行积极心理学的教育,有助于培养学生积极的认知品质和特性。本文在此基础上,对积极心理学的基本观点,以及实施的具体方式进行研究,希望能提高我国中学教学水平。
Positive psychology is a key issue of current psychological research.Different from traditional psychology,positive psychology requires people to pay attention to the positive qualities of people,instead of focusing only on the research of people’s defects and problems,and trying to pass people the positive force of the country to drive the common development of itself and the environment.The high school teaching stage is an important period for students’physical and mental health.In this process,positive psychology education for students will help cultivate students’positive cognitive qualities and characteristics.On this basis,this paper studies the basic viewpoints of positive psychology and the specific methods of implementation,hoping to improve the teaching level of high schools in my country.
