摘要
教学的过程本质是师生之间知识的传递过程,因此在课堂教学中,构建和谐师生关系十分重要,也是保证课堂教学质量的关键。因此,本文首先分析了不和谐师生关系的表现形式,然后探究导致不和谐师生关系的具体原因,最后对和谐师生关系促进教学的策略进行探究,以供参考。
The essence of teaching process is the transfer of knowledge between teachers and students,so in classroom teaching,it is very important to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,but also the key to ensure the quality of classroom teaching.Therefore,this paper first analyzes the manifestation of the disharmonious teacher-student relationship,then explores the specific reasons leading to the disharmonious teacher-student relationship,and finally explores the strategies for promoting the teaching of the harmonious teacher-student relationship for reference.
