基于FPGA的屏蔽泵电机线圈温度鲁棒性设计

摘要 为了快速对屏蔽泵内电机线圈温度数据实现精确采集,有效实现线圈温度的鲁棒性控制,设计了一种基于FPGA的屏蔽泵温度状态检测系统。系统主要由Pt铂电阻传感器、FPGA处理板卡和上位机显示器件组成,通过温度传感器的数据采集、FPGA处理板卡的数据处理与通信,该系统能够在上位机上实时显示屏蔽泵工作时的参数波形和数据;并通过神经网络算法给出相应的标定方案,对温度数据进行补偿,最终使精度大幅提高,测量误差小于0.5℃。通过相应的转化,可作为屏蔽泵电机温度性能改进的参考依据,为提高系统的鲁棒性提供了先决条件,具有较高的工业应用价值。 In order to quickly and accurately collect the temperature data of motor coil in canned motor pump,and effectively realize the robust control of coil temperature,a temperature state detection system of canned motor pump based on FPGA is designed.The system is mainly composed of Pt platinum resistance sensor,FPGA processing board and host computer display device.Through the data acquisition of temperature sensor and the data processing and communication of FPGA processing board,the system can display the parameter waveform of pump in real time on the host computer;and the corresponding calibration scheme is given through the neural network algorithm to compensate the temperature data and finally improve the accuracy The measurement error is less than 0.5℃.The corresponding transformation can be used as a reference for improving the temperature performance of canned motor pump,which provides a prerequisite for improving the robustness of the system and has high industrial application value.
