重水机组环隙气体系统露点仪标定方法改进及应用

Improvement and Application of Calibration Method of Dew Point Meter in Annulus Gas System of Heavy Water Unit

环隙气体系统用于监测运行中的压力管、排管及端屏蔽的严密性,同时为压力管和排管之间提供了一个安全的绝热层,且为压力管和排管提供一个惰性的环境氛围,以减缓压力管和排管的腐蚀。本文针对近年来发生在重水机组环隙气体系统露点仪的使用与标定过程中一直存在的一些问题,介绍了重水机组环隙气体系统构成和功能。根据案例的产生问题描述,从阐述早期露点仪的标定方法及存在的问题,并和国外同类露点仪的标定方法进行对比,到最终露点仪标定方法的改进,对解决该类问题及环隙气体系统露点仪的使用与标定提供了有益的借鉴,同时提高了环隙气体系统露点仪的稳定性和可靠性,有效地控制了故障的发生,降低了缺陷量。

The annulus gas system is used to monitor the tightness of the pressure pipe,tube and end shield in operation.At the same time,a safe insulation layer is provided between the pressure pipe and the row pipe.And pressure pipe and provide an inert environment atmosphere,to slow down the corrosion of the pressure tube and vent pipe,this paper in recent years occurred in heavy water annular gas system and the use of dew-point meter calibration process has some problems,this paper introduces the heavy water annular gas system structure and function,according to the case of the problems described,through the elaboration of early dew-point meter calibration method and the existing problems,and similar foreign dew-point meter calibration method of comparison,to the end the improvement to the dew-point meter calibration method,to solve the problem of the class and annular space gas system provides the beneficial reference for the use of grain and calibration.At the same time,the stability and reliability of the dew point meter of annular gap gas system are improved,the occurrence of faults is effectively controlled and the number of defects is reduced.
