摘要
疏水泵作为核电厂疏水回收系统的重要组成部分,其安全性直接关系到电厂的稳定运行。针对某核电厂疏水泵异常振动问题,采用频率分析的方法,对设备进行软件建模。根据现场实际情况,设计改造方案,使设备固有频率避开运行频率,最终达到降低异常振动的目的。
As an important part of the hydrophobic recovery system of nuclear power plant,the safety of the hydrophobic pump is directly related to the stable operation of the power plant.In order to solve the abnormal vibration problem of the drainage pump in a nuclear power plant,the software modeling of the equipment was carried out by using the method of frequency analysis.According to the actual situation of the site,the transformation scheme is designed to make the natural frequency of the equipment avoid the operating frequency,and finally achieve the purpose of reducing the abnormal vibration.
