摘要 本文介绍了独山子某装置QC活动中,关于氢气压缩机杆沉降测量最大最小值统计的实现过程。重点介绍了运用CENTUM VP系统SFC模块实现这一功能的步骤和方法,表现了SFC顺序控制模块在实现非常规、多视角工艺测量、统计、控制要求方面的巨大潜力,展示了仪表测量技术、计算机集散控制系统、数学概念相互结合运用后的综合效果和良好的发展应用前景。 A statistical realization of the maximum and minimum values of the hydrogen compressor rod settlement measurement in the QC activities of a unit in Dushanzi is introduced.This paper focuses on the steps and methods of using CENTUM VP system SFC module to realize this function.demonstrates the great potential of the SFC sequential control module realizing unconventional and multi-view process measurement,statistic and control requirements.in particular,it shows the comprehensive effect of instrument measurement technology,computer distributed control system and mathematical concepts combined with each other and the prospect of good development and application.
