江苏县域新型研发机构的根植表现研究——以常熟为例

Study on Embeddedness of New R&D Institutions in Counties of Jiangsu Province:Based on Changshu’s case

新型研发机构肩负发展产业、引导创新资源下沉的重任。在加快实施县域创新驱动发展战略的过程中,有效整合创新资源、强化源头技术供给,融合机构能力“提质增效”“创新变现”是当务之急。以江苏省县域新型研发机构建设代表城市常熟为例,实证调查机构的根植表现,提出产业支撑匹配度、产学研合作深度、市场化能力、高层次人才的创新、政府的靶向支持等五大要素,建议构建部门协作的联动体系促进新型研发机构“内涵型”增长。

New research and development institutions shoulder the responsibility of developing the industry and guiding the sinking of innovation resources.In the process of accelerating the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy at county level,it is urgent to effectively integrate innovation resources,strengthen the source technology supply,and integrate institutional capabilities to"improve quality and efficiency"and"realize innovation".Taking new research and development institutions of changshu in jiangsu province as an example,the empirical research of grounding performance is made,which points out that the matching degree and the depth of integration of industry supports,market capacity,innovation of high-level talents,the government's targeted support,such as the five elements,suggest building sector collaborative linkage system to promote the new research and development institutions"connotation"growth.
