城市住区街道更新设计策略研究--以郑州工二街为例

Discussion on the Urban Residential Street Renewal Design Strategy--A Case of Gong’er Street in Zhengzhou

在我国城市发展模式由增量扩张向存量更新转变的过程中,城市住区街道更新设计成为热点话题。本文通过对我国街道发展历程进行回顾,在街道发展方向转变的背景下将街道现存问题梳理概括,并选取郑州市工二街为研究案例,分析其街道更新过程中的亮点,借鉴宝贵的实践经验,将街道设计要点进行提炼,为城市街道更新工作提供参考意见。

In the process of urban development pattern transformation from incremental expansion to stock renewal in China,urban residential street renewal design has become a hot topic.In this paper,the development history of streets in China is sorted out.Under the background of the change of street development direction,the current problems of the streets are summarized.Gong’er Street in Zhengzhou is selected as the research case to analyze the highlights in the street renewal process,so as to draw lessons from valuable practical experience and provide a reference for urban street design.
