历史街区的保护策略研究--以高安市贾家村为例

Research on the Protection Strategy of Historic Districts--A Case of Jiajia Village in Gao’an

本文以历史街区文化遗产保护视角对贾家村景贤大道历史街区进行研究,总结出贾家村历史街区存在建筑质量较差、环境破败、开放空间不足、文化特色消失等诸多问题,通过建筑重要性、历史街区节能设计原则、历史街区更新策略等几个方面,研究历史街区的保护更新问题,利用绿色建筑节能设计方法提出贾家村历史街区保护与更新的具体措施,从而为贾家村历史街区的发展提供建议,将贾家村历史街区的文化内涵与历史特色传承下去。

This paper studies the historical block of Jingxian Avenue in Jiajia Village from the perspective of cultural heritage protection of historical blocks,and concludes that the historical block of Jiajia Village has many problems such as poor construction quality,dilapidated environment,insufficient open space,and disappearance of cultural characteristics.The paper studies the problem of protection and renewal of historic blocks through the importance of buildings,the principles of energy-saving design of historic blocks,the renewal strategy of historic blocks,etc.,and puts forward the specific measures for the protection and renewal of Jiajia Village’s historic blocks with green building energy-saving design methods so as to provide suggestions on the development of historical districts in Jiajia Village and pass on the cultural connotation and historical characteristics of the historical districts of Jiajia Village.
