摘要
选用小分子分散染料对高模高强聚乙烯纤维进行染色,比较了乙醇/水混合体系法、高温高压染色法、等离子体预处理法、超声法及常温常压法对高模高强聚乙烯纤维的染色效果。采用单因素试验探讨了染色时间和染料用量对聚乙烯纤维的染色效果,并测试了颜色深度(K/S值)、耐摩擦色牢度和耐水洗色牢度等。结果表明:乙醇/水混合体系染色的聚乙烯纤维染色深度较低;随着温度的升高,高温高压法染色聚乙烯纤维的K/S值有所提升;等离子体预处理染色和超声染色方法均未能达到深染效果。综合考虑染色效果及温度对聚乙烯纤维性能的影响,合适的染色工艺为:100℃常压染色1.5 h,染料3%(omf),JFC 0.3 g/L,浴比1∶50。染色聚乙烯织物具有较好的耐摩擦色牢度和耐洗色牢度。
Small molecule disperse dyes are used to dye polyethylene fiber with high modulus and high strength.The dyeing results of high modulus and high strength polyethylene fiber with ethanol/water mixture,high temperature and high pressure dyeing method,plasma pretreatment,ultrasonic dyeing,normal tempera⁃ture and pressure method are compared.The effects of dyeing time and dye concentrations on polyethylene fi⁃ber are studied by single factor experiment.Color depth(K/S value),color fastnesses to rubbing and washing are tested.The results show that the dyeing depth of polyethylene fiber by ethanol/water mixture system is lower.The K/S value of polyethylene fiber increases with the increase of temperature by high temperaturepressure dyeing.Plasma pretreatment and ultrasonic dyeing methods also fail to achieve deeper dyeing re⁃sults.Considering the effects of dyeing results and temperature on the properties of polyethylene fiber,the suitable dyeing process is normal pressure,dyeing at 100℃ for 1.5 h,dyes 3%,JFC 0.3 g/L,bath ratio 1∶50.The dyed polyethylene fabric has good color fastnesses to rubbing and washing.
