对比分析经腹部与经阴道超声检查在异位妊娠患者诊断中的应用

Comparative analysis of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨经腹部超声与经阴道超声在早期异位妊娠诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月~10月我院收治的异位妊娠患者84例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(经腹部超声检查,42例)和观察组(经阴道超声检查,42例),以手术病理结果为依据,对比分析两种检查方法的临床确诊率。结果观察组异位妊娠检出率为80.95%,高于对照组59.52%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者附件包块、胚芽、假孕囊、盆腔积液、原始血管搏动的超声图像检出率均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在异位妊娠患者诊断中,经阴道超声检查结果的准确率明显优于经腹部超声检查,可予以临床推广。

Objective To explore the application value of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy.Methods Eighty-four patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from January to October in 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group(42 cases examined by abdominal ultrasound)and observation group(42 cases examined by transvaginal ultrasound).The clinical diagnosis rate of two methods were compared and analyzed based on the pathological results.Results The detection rate of ectopic pregnancy in observation group was 80.95%,which was higher than 59.52%in control group,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the detection rates of ultrasound images of adnexal mass,germ,pseudogestational sac,pelvic effusion and primitive vascular pulsation in the observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,the accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound was significantly better than that of transabdominal ultrasound,which can be popularized in clinic.
