射干水溶性成分的含量测定与化学模式识别研究 被引量:3

Comparative Study on Water-soluble Components of Rhizoma Belamcandae in Different Origins by HPLC Fingerprint and Multi-indicator Content Determination

摘要 目的阐明产地对射干水溶性成分影响。方法采用高效液相色谱检测15批不同产地射干水溶性成分含量,并评价其相似度。化学模式识别及含量测定比较分析不同产地射干水溶性成分含量。结果建立射干水溶性成分HPLC指纹图谱,确定12个共有峰,指认5个特征峰,北方产射干鸢尾苷含量低于南方产射干,野鸢尾苷和次野鸢尾黄素含量高于南方产射干。建立主成分分析模型,北方产射干得分普遍较高。结论明确南北方产射干水溶性成分含量差异。 Objective To clarify the effect of origin on the water-soluble components of Belamcanda chinensis.Methods High-performance liquid chromatography was used to detect the content of 15 batches of water-soluble components from different origins, and to evaluate their similarity. Chemical pattern recognition and content determination comparison and analysis of the content of water-soluble components from different places.Results The HPLC fingerprint of the water-soluble components of Belamcanda chinensis was established, and 12 common peaks were identified and 5 characteristic peaks were identified. The content of irisin produced in northern China was lower than that in southern China, and the content of wild irisin and secondary wild iris was higher than that in southern China. A principal component analysis model was established, and the scores for shooting in the north were generally high.Conclusion It is clear that the content of water-soluble components of Belamcanda chinensis produced in north and south is different.
