温中散寒中药抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

Advances in research on anti-tumor effect of Wenzhong Sanhan Chinese medicine

中医药在肿瘤预防和治疗中占据有重要地位。目前有关肿瘤临床治疗的用药分析研究,多从补虚、清热解毒、活血化瘀、理气化痰、软坚散结等功效的角度来进行的,而从温阳散寒法病因治疗肿瘤少有报道。文章综述了11味具有温中散寒的温里药(附子、干姜、肉桂、丁香、吴茱萸、小茴香、高良姜、荜茇、荜澄茄、花椒、山胡椒)的抗肿瘤作用研究进展,并对该类温里中药发挥抗肿瘤的机制特点进行了总结和梳理,为中药药性理论及温里药的现代研究提供参考和借鉴。

Traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in tumor prevention and treatment. At present, the drug analysis and research on clinical treatment of tumors are mostly carried out from the perspectives of tonic deficiency, clearing heat and detoxifying, promoting blood circulation, removing stasis, regulating Qi and phlegm, and softening and dissolving knots. However, there are few reports on the treatment of tumors from the etiology of dispersing cold and warming the sun. This article reviews the research progress of anti-tumor effects of 11 flavors of Wenli medicine(Aconite, dried ginger, cinnamon, cloves, dogwood, cumin, galangal, tincture, citronella, pepper, and pepper). The characteristics of anti-tumor mechanism were summarized and combed, which provided references and references for the modern research of traditional Chinese medicine theory and Wenli medicine.
