覆膜垄作模式下磷素对当归产量和质量的影响

Effect of phosphorus on yield and quality of Angelica sinensis under the ridge cropping model

摘要 目的探索当归最佳的覆膜栽培模式及施肥量,实现当归栽培中光、温、水和肥的高效化利用。方法通过研究三种覆膜垄作模式(覆膜单垄垄栽、全膜双垄垄栽、全膜双垄沟栽),在不同施磷水平下当归的生长、产量及质量响应。结果相较覆膜单垄垄栽以及施磷0 kg/hm2(C1P1)处理,采用全膜双垄沟栽以及施磷138 kg/hm2(C3P3)处理,当归的全根长降低了4.28%、根粗提升了16.86%、侧根数提升了2.14%、鲜重提升了21.33%、干重提升了42.28%、折干率提升了14.83%、阿魏酸提升了6.35%、挥发油提升了21.58%、醇溶性浸出物提升了8.46%,除全根长外,其余指标均有明显提升。结论采用全膜双垄沟栽,在138 kg/hm2的施磷量下利于当归产量和质量的提高。 An experiment was conducted to explore the best mulching cultivation mode and fertilizer application amount of Angelica sinensis, and to realize efficient utilization of light, temperature, water and fertilizer in Angelica sinensis cultivation, this experiment studied three mulching ridge planting modes(mulching single ridge planting, full film double ridge planting, full film double ridge planting), and the growth, yield and quality response of Angelica sinensis under different phosphorus application levels. The results show: Compared with p 0 was planted, and the effect of single ridge ridge kg/hm2(C1 P1) processing, using the membrane double ditch plant, as well as a p application of 138 kg/hm2(C3 P3) processing, total root length was reduced by 4.28%, the root of angelica crude rose 16.86%, lateral root number increased by 2.14%, fresh weight increased 21.33%, the dry weight increased 42.28%, drying rate increased by 14.83%, ferulic acid of 6.35%, naphtha increased 21.58%, alcohol soluble extract of 8.46%, in addition to the total root length, the rest of the indicators have improved significantly.Therefore, it is beneficial to improve the yield and quality of Angelica sinensis under the phosphorus application of 138 kg/hm2.
