简谈企业标准体系的自我设计——以某中小型啤酒生产企业为例

Discussion on Self-design of Enterprise Standard System——Taking a Small and Medium-sized Beer Production Enterprise as an Example

新版企业标准体系系列国家标准给出了以产品实现标准体系为主体的企业标准体系结构,同时也更加强调基于相关方需求与期望,以及企业标准化现状分析的自我设计。本文以某中小型啤酒生产企业为例,在充分结合企业实际的基础上对其企业标准体系进行自我设计,为企业标准化工作的开展提供支撑。同时,也为其他企业在以新版企业标准体系为纲领创建企业标准体系提供借鉴和参考。

The new standards of enterprise standards system puts forward the enterprise standards system architecture based on product realization standard system,and at the same time,it is more emphasis on self design of analysis for the needs and expectations of interested parties and the status of enterprise standardization. Taking a small and medium-sized beer production enterprise as an example,this paper conducts self-design of the enterprise standards system on the basis of in-depth analysis of the current situation of enterprises,and provides support for enterprise standardization. It provides reference for other enterprises to establish enterprise standard system based on the new version of enterprise standards system.
