摘要
通过电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对化妆品中汞含量的不确定度进行了评定。方法:对化妆品中汞检测过程中样品称量,微波消解,定容,标准溶液配制,标准曲线拟合,样品检测等过程引入的不确定度进行评定。结果:对各不确定度分量合成和扩展,得到化妆品中汞含量为(0.11±0.0086)mg·kg-1(k=2,置信区间95%)。
To evaluate the uncertainty in the determination of Hg in cosmetics by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) for the first time. Methods:Sample weighing, microwave digestion,constant volume,standards preparation, standardcurve fitting,sample measurement as the sources of thecombined uncertainty of Hg determination in cosmetics. Results:The combined and expanded uncertainties of Hg in cosmetics were calculated.The content of Hg was(0.11±0.096)mg·kg-1(k=2,confidence intervalp=95%).
