摘要
本文从不断完善和细化职称评审流程的角度展开深入剖析,在推进人才分类评价机制、鼓励地方自主评审、打击业绩造假行为、建立职称评审绿色通道等方面提出几点可行性意见。
This paper makes an in-depth analysis from the perspective of constantly improving and refining the professional title evaluation process,and puts forward several feasible suggestions on promoting the talent classification evaluation mechanism,encouraging local independent evaluation,cracking down on performance fraud, and establishing a green channel for professional title evaluation.
