早期子宫内膜癌腹腔镜手术面临的挑战

Challenges of Laparoscopic Surgery in Early Stage Endometrial Carcinoma

随着妇科手术微创技术的不断发展,以腹腔镜为主的微创治疗已经普遍开展.从传统的开腹手术到腹腔镜手术,以及目前已经稳步成熟的机器人手术,微创治疗也已经成为早期子宫内膜癌的主要治疗术式.既往的前瞻性随机对照研究表明,腹腔镜对于早期内膜癌是安全有效的手术方式.但近年来在无瘤观念上也提出了一些质疑,需要科学客观地分析.本文参阅分析大量文献,综述了在该领域的研究进展和近期观点,以期对临床工作有参考和指导意义.

With the development of minimally invasive technology in gynecological surgery,minimally invasive treatment based on laparoscopy has been widely carried out.Minimally invasive treatment has become the main treatment for early stage endometrial carcinoma,ranging from traditional open surgery to laparoscopic surgery,as well as robotic surgery that has become steadily matured at present.Previous prospective randomized controlled studies have shown that laparoscopy is a safe and effective surgical procedure for early stage endometrial carcinoma.However,in recent years,some doubts have been raised on the concept of tumor-free,which needs scientific and objective analysis.In this review,a large number of articles were studied to review the research progress and recent views in this field,with a view to providing experience and guidance for clinical work.
