Rural rejuvenation is necessary for a nation's revitalization.At the historical juncture of marching towards the second centenary goal,it is important and relevant to consolidate and enlarge the achievements in poverty alleviation and comprehensively promote rural revitalization.Mr.Chen points out that we must deeply understand what’s behinds this historical juncture,pinpoint the positioning and direction of financial services for rural revitalization,accurately grasp the new requirements for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,improve political positions,set out plans in a scientific way and resolutely fulfill the important mission of financial services for rural revitalization.He maintains that while helping improve a modern financial system that is highly adaptable,competitive,and inclusive,larger state-owned commercial banks,as the main force in China^financial sector,should take the initiative to meet the needs of national development,give full play to their financial expertise,shifting the focus of financial services to people of lower class,improve market mechanism,resolutely fulfill the mission and responsibility of financial services for rural revitalization,and make greater contributions to promoting the common prosperity of all people.
