Endoscopic ultrasonography in diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cystic neoplasms

随着影像学技术的进步,胰腺囊性肿瘤(PCN)的检出率越来越高。不同类型的PCN癌变率不同,治疗方法亦有所区别。其治疗前的精确诊断对治疗策略的选择起着决定性的作用。文章结合笔者的工作实践和文献进展,阐述了EUS及其相关技术在PCN诊断中的作用,并介绍了EUS引导下PCN消融术的历史、适应证和禁忌证、操作方法、疗效判断和随访观察等方面的进展。

With the development of imaging technology, the detection rate of pancreatic cystic neoplasm(PCN) is higher and higher. Different types of PCN have different canceration rate and different treatment methods. Accurate diagnosis before treatment plays a decisive role in the choice of treatment strategy. We reviewed the role of EUS and its related techniques in the diagnosis of PCN, and introduced the history, indications and contraindications, operation methods, curative effect judgment and follow-up observation of EUS-guided PCN ablation.
