局限性口腔颌面部腺体组织感染的诊治与预防

口腔颌面部腺体组织感染是指具有分泌功能的腺体由于分泌通道阻塞合并细菌感染引起的感染性炎症。局限性腺体组织感染若未得到及时、有效治疗,感染可向腺体外组织扩散,引起口腔颌面部多间隙感染,也可通过血循环扩散发生败血症、脓毒血症或中毒性休克而危及生命。文章通过常见局限性腺体组织感染的病因、临床表现、诊断、治疗、预防以及特殊人群的转诊治疗进行阐述,为口腔全科医生及时有效地处理口腔颌面部局限性腺体组织感染提供帮助。

Glandular tissue infection in oral and maxillofacial region refers to the bacterial infection secondary to the blockage of gland secretion channel.If the localized glandular tissue infection is not treated timely and effectively,the infection would spread to the adjacent tissue,causing interstitial infection.It can also cause septicemia,sepsis or toxic shock through blood circulation diffusion,which is life-threatening.In this paper,the etiology,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment,prevention of localized glandular tissue infection,as well as the transfer of special groups are described.We hope that it can provide help for dentist to deal with limited glandular tissue infection timely and effectively.
