摘要
针对蓄意攻击下城市供水网络防护的问题,提出一种新的供水网络重要节点综合价值评估方法。结合蓄意攻击特性,用EPANET、ALOHA分别模拟节点被毁后供水网络的效能变化和次生灾害后果,构建基于节点自身价值、系统价值、间接价值的综合价值评估模型。对湖北省某城市供水网络的应用结果表明,相比于埋于地下的输水管线,供水厂作为城市供水网络源头才是蓄意攻击重点打击目标;不同水厂综合价值差距巨大,水厂3的综合价值为水厂4的近5倍;水厂综合价值越大,攻击方收益也越大,受袭概率也越高,因此在应对蓄意攻击时应为综合价值高的水厂提供更多的防护资源。
Aiming at the problem of urban water supply network protection under deliberate attacks,a new comprehensive value evaluation method for important nodes of water supply network is proposed.Combining the characteristics and the consequences of secondary disasters after the node is destroyed.And then a comprehensive value evaluation model Province is taken as an example.Compared with the buried water pipeline,the water supply plant as the source of the urban water supply network is the key target of deliberate attacks.The calculation results show that the comprehensive value of different water plants is huge.The comprehensive value of water plant 3 is nearly five times of water plant 4.The bility of attack are.Therefore,it should provide more protection resources for water plants with higher comprehensive value.
