摘要 民用建筑是我国重要的建筑组成部分,按照现行规范,普通的建筑结构安全等级为二级,设计合理使用年限50年。其中,大量的建筑由于使用功能改变、环境变化及耐久性等问题需要进行改造。从经济和其他特殊因素考虑,一部分已经用满使用年限的建筑须保留或经改造继续使用。正因如此,在许多建筑的长期使用过程中有必要进行改造加固。故综合民用建筑特点,详细阐述了对其加固设计改造策略,以期对同行业者有所借鉴与帮助。 Civil building is an important part of architecture in China.According to the current specifications,the safety level of common buildings and structures is grade II,and the design reasonable service life is 50 years.A large number of buildings need to be transformed due to the change of function,the change of environment,durability,etc.Considering the economic and other special factors,some of the buildings that have been used for a long time must be retained or transformed to continue to use.Because of this,many buildings need to carry out transformation and reinforcement during the long-term use.Therefore,based on the characteristics of civil buildings,the reinforcement design and transformation strategy in detail are expounded,in order to provide reference and help for workers in the same field.
