摘要
在高层建筑中,转换层可将功能不同的2个部分进行结构形式转换,从而保证建筑整体的稳定性。由于转换层的受力情况比较特殊,因此为保证其功能的稳定发挥,需结合建筑的结构特点、使用功能等开展科学设计。首先从转换梁、框支柱2部分概述了转换层设计要点,随后基于转换层施工流程,着重介绍了预留施工缝、温度测控、转换结构徐变、混凝土浇筑等方面的技术要点,为现代高层建筑转换层的施工提供了借鉴。
In the commercial and residential high-rise buildings,the transfer floor can transform the structural form of the two parts with different functions,so as to ensure the overall stability of the building.Due to the special stress condition of the transfer floor,in order to ensure the stable function of the transfer floor,it is necessary to carry out scientific design combined with the structural characteristics and use functions of the building.The design points of transfer floor from two parts of transfer beam and frame pillar are first summarized,then based on the construction process of transfer floor,the technical points of reserved construction joints,temperature measurement and control,transfer structure creep,concrete pouring,etc.are focused on,which provides a certain reference for construction of transfer floor of modern high-rise buildings.
