摘要
石化项目中大型装置荷载大、抗震要求高,且建设场地多为新近吹填场地,工程中常采用超长大直径灌注桩满足设计要求。某石化项目为了准确获取桩基的抗压承载力,通过对比3根试桩的竖向抗压静载试验、桩身应力测试检测结果,对地层的受力特点、力学参数等进行了分析,得出端阻力占桩顶荷载的平均比例为12.08%。超长桩表现为端承摩擦桩性状,除表层土经过处理侧阻力与地质资料计算值相差较大,其余地层相差不大,略有提高。试验结果为设计提供了参考依据。
In petrochemical projects,due to large load of large installations is large,high seismic requirements,and the mostly newly filled construction sites,super-long and large diameter cast-in-place piles are often used to meet the design requirements.In order to accurately obtain the compressive bearing capacity of pile foundation in a petrochemical project,the stress characteristics and mechanical parameters of the stratum were analyzed by comparing the vertical compressive static load test and pile stress test results of three test piles,and the average ratio of end resistance to pile top load was obtained as 12.08%.The super-long pile shows the characteristics of end-bearing friction pile.The lateral resistance of surface soil after treatment differs greatly from the calculated value of geological data,while the difference of other strata is not significant,which is slightly increased.The experimental results provide a reference for the design.
