摘要
针对相控阵雷达阵面超宽带、集成化、轻量化的发展要求,提出了一种集宽带接收网络、内校正网络、电源分配网络和波束控制网络于一体的综合馈电多功能板。文中详细介绍了超宽带高集成综合馈电多功能板的工作原理、基本组成、关键电路设计和核心制作技术,最后对实物样板进行装配测试。实测结果表明,设计的综合馈电多功能板符合相应的技术指标要求,保证了星载相控阵雷达天线片式集成的可行性。
According to the development of ultra-wideband,integration and lightweight for the phased array radar,a hybrid-feeding multifunctional circuit which includes the ultra-wideband receiver network,the self-calibration network,the power allotment network and the wave bunch control network is proposed. This paper describes in detail the operating principle,the basic composition,the key circuit design and the production technology of the ultra-wideband high-integrated hybrid-feeding multifunctional circuit. Finally,the multifunctional circuit is assembled and tested. The test results show that the designed hybrid-feeding multifunctional circuit meets the requirements of the corresponding technical indicators,ensuring the feasibility of antenna chip integration for the satellite-borne phased array radar.
