摘要
新婚性交失败/未完成性交的婚姻(UCM)也被称作新婚性勃起功能障碍(ED)、圆房失败等,是指婚姻开始即出现性交不能成功。男性往往不存在器质性病变,一旦诊断为ED则容易忽略导致UCM发生的女性和其他综合因素。文化背景、性知识缺乏和女性性功能障碍等也是重要原因,除了针对ED的治疗以外,性教育和多学科参与十分必要。本文就UCM的发生原因、诊断依据和治疗现状进行综述。
Unconsummated marriage(UCM),also known as newly married erectile dysfunction, failure to complete a mated marriage, refers to the failure of intercourse at the beginning of the marriage. Men often do not have organic diseases, once diagnosed with erectile dysfunction, women and other comprehensive factors leading to UCM are easily ignored. Cultural background, lack of sexual knowledge and female sexual dysfunction are also important reasons of UCM. In addition to the treatment of erectile dysfunction, sex education and multidisciplinary participation are essential. This article is to review the causes, diagnosis and treatment of UCM.
