中文版决策后悔量表在脱细胞补片移植阴茎增大术患者群体中的验证分析

Validation analysis of Chinese version of decision regret scale in patients undergoing penile girth enhancement with acellular dermal matrix

目的验证中文版决策后悔量表(CDRS)在接受脱细胞补片移植阴茎增大术(PGE with ADM)的患者群体中的信效度,并探究影响决策后悔的潜在因素。方法选取2016年6月至2019年1月北京大学人民医院及其合作医院收治的78例接受PGE with ADM的成年男性患者作为研究对象。以问卷形式收集资料,对影响决策后悔的潜在指标进行多因素方差分析。结果 29例(38.2%)患者表达了不同程度的后悔。CDRS的Cronbach′sα系数为0.97。患者CDRS评分与视觉化模拟阴茎印象(VPI)评分呈负相关(r=-0.348,P<0.01),与住院焦虑和抑郁量表(HADS)的焦虑、抑郁子量表评分呈正相关(r=0.760、0.471,P<0.01)。高年收入(≥120 000元)及本科以上教育水平的患者更易产生决策后悔(P<0.01)。结论 CDRS具有良好的信度与效度,能够有效评价接受PGE with ADM术后患者的决策后悔。PGE with ADM术后患者后悔率相对较高,且高年收入及高教育水平可能预示着更严重的术后后悔,提示该人群在术前沟通时需要额外的决策辅助。

Objective To verify the reliability and validity of Chinese version of decision regret scale(CDRS) in patients undergoing penile girth enhancement(PGE) with acellular dermal matrix(ADM), and explore the potential factors affecting decision regret. Methods 78 adult male patients receiving PGE with ADM admitted to Peking University People′s Hospital and its cooperative hospitals from June 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects. The data were collected in the form of questionnaire and multivariate analysis of variance(ANOVA) was performed on the potential factors affecting decision regret. Results 29 patients(38.2%) expressed different degrees of regret. Cronbach′s α coefficient of CDRS is 0.97. The CDRS score was negatively correlated with VPI score(r=-0.348, P<0.01), and positively correlated with anxiety and depression scale(r=0.760, 0.471, P<0.01) of HADS. Patients with higher annual income(≥120,000 yuan) and higher education level(undergraduate or above) were more likely to have decision regret(P<0.01). Conclusions CDRS has good reliability and validity, and can effectively evaluate the decision regret of patients after receiving PGE with ADM. The regret rate of patients after PGE with ADM is relatively high, and high income and high education level may indicate more serious postoperative regret, suggesting that additional decision-making aids should be offered to the subgroup of patients with such demographic characteristics.
