腹壁脂肪抽吸术+阴茎延长术治疗肥胖阴茎短小患者的临床疗效和安全性研究

Study on the clinical effect and safety of abdominal liposuction +penile lengthening for the treatment of short penis in obese patients

目的探讨腹壁脂肪抽吸术+阴茎延长术治疗肥胖阴茎短小患者的临床效果,并评估其安全性。方法选取2015年12月至2019年2月云南省昆明医科大学第二附属医院收治的58例采用腹壁脂肪抽吸术+阴茎延长术治疗的获得性阴茎短小患者作为研究对象。统计手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复情况和并发症发生情况,比较术前术后性生活质量问卷(SLQQ-QOL)评分、疲软及勃起状态下阴茎长度、外形满意度。结果所有患者均手术成功,平均住院时间为(7.09±1.03)d,平均手术时间为(70.71±22.90)min,术中出血量为(5.06±1.03)mL,感染0例。术后随访12个月,未发生严重并发症,术后无复发,外形满意度为93.10%(54/58)。结论腹壁脂肪抽吸术+阴茎延长术治疗肥胖导致的阴茎短小效果明显,患者满意度高,并发症少,值得进一步研究和推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of abdominal liposuction + penile lengthening for the treatment of short penis in obese patients, and evaluate its clinical safety. Methods 58 patients with acquired short penile treated by abdominal liposuction + penile lengthening in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from December 2015 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects. The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative recovery and complications were counted, and the score of preoperative and postoperative sexual life quality questionnaire(SLQQ-QOL), penile length and appearance satisfaction under the condition of weakness and erection were compared. Results All the operations were successful, the mean hospitalization time was(7.09±1.03)days, the mean operation time was(70.71±22.90) min, intraoperative blood loss was(5.06±1.03) mL, and there were 0 cases of infection. After 12 months of follow-up, there were no serious complications, no recurrence, and high postoperative appearance satisfaction(93.10%, 54/58). Conclusions Abdominal liposuction + penile lengthening is effective in the treatment of short penis caused by obesity, with high patient satisfaction and less complications, which is worthy of further study and promotion.
