海上油田在线调驱提高乳液聚合物黏度技术 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高在线调驱用乳液聚合物黏度,保证在线调驱顺利应用实施,本文针对油包水型(W/O)乳液聚合物与高压水配制成聚合物溶液的溶解、破乳和混合过程,通过对内置破乳器的设计改进,缩短了破乳器喷嘴与注入水管线之间的距离,实现了乳液聚合物增黏效果的最大化,E23井在线调驱乳液聚合物注入井口的黏度破乳前为5.4 mPa·s,破乳后增至7.5 mPa·s;并通过在线调驱工艺的现场实施,视吸水指数最大降幅达50%,单井最大含水下降15%,综合含水下降6%,阶段累计增油3.8×10^(4)m^(3),降水5.8×10^(4)m^(3),达到抑制含水上升、改善开发效果提高采收率的目的。 In order to improve the viscosity of emulsion polymer and ensure the successful application of on-line profile control and displacement,this paper was aimed at the dissolution and demulsification process of polymer solution compounded by high pressure water and water in oil(W/O)emulsion polymer.Through the designing improvement of inside demulsifier,the distance between the nozzle and the injection pipe line was reduced and the maximization of viscosity enhancement effect of emulsion polymer was realized.The viscosity of emulsion polymer used for online profile control and displacement of E23 well was increased from 5.4 mPa·s to 7.5 mPa·s after demulsification.By means of field implementation of on-line profile control and displacement,the maximum drop of apparent water absorption index was 50%, maximum water content of single well was decreased by 15%, comprehensive water cut decreased by 6%, stage cumulative increasing oil was 3.8×10^(4)m^(3) and reducing water was 5.8×10^(4)m^(3). The purpose of restraining water cut rising, improving development effect and improving oil recovery is achieved.
