微信公众号在新生儿疾病筛查中的应用

Application of WeChat Public Platform in Newborn Screening

目的:在科室信息化建设过程中利用微信公众号与新生儿疾病筛查信息管理系统有机结合起来,为广大群众尤其新生儿父母提供更多的新生儿疾病筛查服务和功能。方法:开通微信公众号,利用微信公众号开放的第三方开发接口,通过后续的开发,实现新生儿疾病筛查信息管理系统与微信公众号的对接,提供相应的服务。结果:为广大群众尤其新生儿父母提供新生儿疾病筛查健康宣教、筛查结果查询、初筛阳性召回通知、预约挂号就诊、随访管理、疾病分组管理、在线咨询等服务和功能。结论:微信公众号是提高本地区新生儿疾病筛查服务的有效途径。

Objective:In the process of department information construction,the WeChat public platform and newborn screening information management system were organically combined to provide more newborn screening services and functions for the masses,especially newborn parents.Methods:Open the WeChat public platform,make use of the third-party development interface open by the WeChat public platform,and realize the docking between the newborn screening information management system and the WeChat public platform through subsequent development,and provide corresponding services.Results:Provide the masses,especially the newborn parents,with the services and functions as follows,health education of newborn screening,screening results inquiry,positive recall notice,appointment registration,follow-up management,disease grouping management,online consultation and so on.Conclusion:WeChat public platform is an effective way to improve newborn screening service in this region.
