单硝酸异山梨酯与维拉帕米联合治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Isosorbide Mononitrate Combined with Verapamil on Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:观察分析单硝酸异山梨酯与维拉帕米联合治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床效果。方法:选取我院2018年1月—2019年12月收治的300例冠心病心绞痛患者为观察对象,根据入院日期单双号将其分为两组:联合组与对照组,每组患者各有150例。对照组患者应用维拉帕米治疗,联合组在对照组应用维拉帕米的基础上加用单硝酸异山梨酯治疗。所有患者均连续治疗1个月,比较两组患者的心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效,检测比较两组治疗前后血液流变学指标水平。结果:在临床治疗总有效率方面,联合组较对照组显著提高(95.33%VS 88.00%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。在心电图总有效率方面,联合组较对照组显著提高(87.33%VS 76.67%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组全血黏度高切和低切、血浆黏度及PADT水平均降低(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后上述指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:单硝酸异山梨酯与维拉帕米治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的效果满意,可以改善患者症状及血液黏稠度,值得推广。

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of isosorbide mononitrate combined with verapamil in the treatment of angina pectoris.Method:300 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the observation objects.According to the admission date,they were divided into two groups:the combined group and the control group,with 150 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with verapamil,while those in the combined group were treated with isosorbide mononitrate on the basis of verapamil.All patients were treated for one month continuously.The effects of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram were compared between the two groups.The hemorheology indexes before and after treatment were measured and compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group(95.33%VS 88.00%)(P<0.05).The total effective rate of ECG in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group(87.33%VS 76.67%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and the level of PAdT decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the above indexes in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Isosorbide mononitrate and verapamil can improve the symptoms and blood viscosity of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
