伊立替康联合卡培他滨治疗结直肠癌患者的有效性分析

Analysis of the effectiveness of irinotecan combined with capecitabine in the treatment of patients with colorectal cancer

目的:分析伊立替康联合卡培他滨治疗结直肠癌的有效性。方法:选取2016年2月—2018年2月晚期结直肠癌患者86例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采取奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗,观察组采取伊立替康联合卡培他滨治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生率;随访2年观察两组患者的存活率、无进展生存期以及中位生存期。结果:观察组的总缓解率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访观察发现,两组存活率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组患者无进展生存期以及中位生存期均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:伊立替康联合卡培他滨能够有效提高晚期结直肠癌的近远期疗效,同时具有较高的安全性。

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of irinotecan combined with capecitabine in the treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods:From February 2016 to February 2018,86 hospitalized patients with advanced colorectal cancer were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine,and the observation group was treated with irinotecan combined with capecitabine.The differences in clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.The survival rate,progression-free survival and median survival of the two groups were observed for 2 years.Results:The total remission rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Follow-up observation found that there was no significant difference in survival rates between the two groups(P>0.05),but the progression-free survival and median survival of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Irinotecan combined with capecitabine can effectively improve the short-term and long-term efficacy of advanced colorectal cancer,and at the same time has high safety.
