耳鼻喉科住院医师规范化培训现状及探索研究

摘要 目的:探讨耳鼻喉科住院医师规范化培训的培训模式。方法:选取2016年1月—2018年10月规范化培训的32名住院医师,出科时通过调查问卷,对科室学习安排、带教老师、教学模式、小讲课、教学查房、指导接诊、指导并修改医疗文书和轮转手册检查等的满意度进行调查。并对部分培训医师进行面对面访谈。结果:科室学习安排、带教老师、教学模式、小讲课、教学查房、指导接诊、指导并修改医疗文书和轮转手册检查等的满意度分别为98.5%,96.0%,65.0%,70.0%,85.0%,80.0%,95.0%。结论:耳鼻喉科住院医师规范化培训中要注重师资同质化培养,并融合各种教学模式的优点提升医学教学培养效果。通过课前的调查问卷来覆盖、兼顾不同层次学员的需求,提升学习效率。 Objective:To explore the standardized training mode of resident.Methods:All 32 residents were selected trained from January 2016 to October 2018.Completedthe questionnaire about the satisfaction survey with learning arrangement of department,the teachers,teaching mode,small lectures,teaching rounds,guidance of clinical reception,modify the medical documents and check the manual.Then conducted face-to-face interviews with some resident physicians.Results:The satisfaction were 98.5%,96.0%,65.0%,70.0%,85.0%,80.0% and 95.0% respectively.Conclusion:In the standardized training of otolaryngology resident physicians,pay attention to the cultivation of homogenous teachers,and integrate the advantages of various teaching modes to improve the medical teaching mode.Through the pre-class questionnaire to cover,take into account the needs of students at different levels,and improve learning efficiency.
