内外环境热量共蓄法在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术围术期低体温预防中的应用效果

Observation of the effect of internal and external environmental heat storage method in the prevention of hypothermia during the perioperative period of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer

目的:观察内外环境热量共蓄法在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术围术期低体温预防中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2019年10月行腹腔镜根治术的直肠癌患者90例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组接受外环境热量蓄积干预,观察组接受内外环境热量共蓄法干预,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果:观察组患者干预后各观察时间节点体温显著高于对照组,寒战与并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用内外环境热量共蓄法对腹腔镜直肠癌根治术全麻手术者进行保温护理,保温效果良好,寒战与并发症发生率均显著降低。

Objective:To observe the effect of internal and external environmental heat storage method in the prevention of hypothermia during laparoscopic radical rectal cancer radical operation.Methods:Ninety cases of rectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic radical operation in the operating room from January to October 2019 were taken as the research samples,and the random number table method was used to equally divide into 45 cases of the control group and 45 cases of the experimental group.The control group received external environmental heat accumulation intervention,the experimental group received internal and external environmental heat accumulation method intervention,and compared the observation indicators after the two groups of intervention.Results:The body temperature of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group at each observation time after laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.The incidence of chills and complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of internal and external environmental heat storage method for the laparoscopic radical rectal cancer general anesthesia patients underwent thermal insulation care,the thermal insulation effect is good,the incidence of chills and complications can be significantly reduced.
